What is Open Gym?
Open Gym is the perfect time to get in a little extra technique work or strength training in prior to group classes, or to sneak in a workout in on those busy days.
Open Gym hours are Monday through Friday from 12:00pm – 4:30pm and Sunday from 12:00pm – 3:00pm. Access to Open Gym is included in all Unlimited memberships, but requires successful completion of Primed and three months of consistent CrossFit training.
